STOCKTON, CA - The Lincoln Trojans held a collegiate National Signing Day ceremony on Wednesday afternoon featuring the largest area college recruit in Stockton.

Trojans defensive lineman Charles Howard, at 6-foot-5, 320 pounds signed his letter of intent for a full ride scholarship to play at UNLV.
