Stockton police looking for sex offender | Crime
STOCKTON, CA - A sexual offender whose last known address was in Stockton is wanted by the Stockton Police Department for failing to register with local law enforcement.
A felony arrest warrant has been issued for 61-year-old Gustavo Pimentel. According to the Megan's Law website, Pimentel was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under age 14.
By law, convicted sexual offenders must register their address with local law enforcement at least once a year. The website says Pimentel has not complied with registration requirements since June 1, 2004.
Pimentel was described as Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has black hair and blue eyes. There is a scar on his chin.
